Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@sleepwhisper.shop. We will provide the return address when your request is approved, as it may change. Please include your order number inside the package as a note—returns without it may not be processed.
Returns are generally shipped back at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for items lost in transit or packages that cannot be identified because the order number was missing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We, as the merchant, may apply a fifteen percent restocking fee to returns at our discretion, depending on the item and condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at contact@sleepwhisper.shop.
